Vintage Home Remodel
This is the upstairs of a clients home that we did. the home was old and no updates where done to it in decades! we gutted the entire house, excluding some walls in some rooms. opened up the kitchen and re did everything. Floors, kitchen, Bathrooms, Windows, Paint etc.

This is the basement in the same house. our client asked for us to do it in the most budget friendly way possible. we decided to not relocate the bedroom, we instead removed a half wall and added a kitchen. We purchased the kitchen used online. Also we purchased the laminate at a discounted price from one of our suppliers. Updated the washroom, added washer and dryer, repainted and added tile at entry. The client is now proudly renting out the basement for extra income and is very happy with her entire renovation!

This job, like the one previous to this, we gutted the entire house, opened a wall into the kitchen, relocated the kitchen, added new floors, washrooms, paint, electrical etc.

This basement like the previous one, our client wanted it to be budget friendly and be ready to rent out for additional income. We turned this 1 bedroom one washroom int a 2 bedroom and 2 washroom . We bought the kitchen used, and got it for a great deal. It came with Granite counter tops, you dont usually see that in a basement, and especially at a discounted price. We managed to acquire the appliances online too. The client was super happy with the work and the initiative we took to make sure she got all that she wanted at a discounted price.

Main Floor Update
On this project years ago, our client wanted us to update her main floor on a back split home. We removed all floors and walls, opened up a wall to make it open concept, tiled the entry way, added hardwood floors, added the kitchen, pot lights and then painted the area.
