Holland Landing Basement Renovation Project

A unique project that was finished in record time. On this project the client had sold their previous home and was moving into the basement of there daughters home. The basement was old and outdated and they wanted a fresh new basement. Our time lines was 5 weeks. For this basement with the square footage of approximately 900 sq ft, We managed to fit quite a bit of stuff in it. The client wants a custom 3 piece washroom. We used 48×24 tiles on the walls and for the floor, added a niche for shampoos and a custom glass shower. We managed to fit a laundry room and a powder room together. For the doors we did soft close pockets doors to economize on space. To make the space warmer and more comfortable we added insulated Dricore subfloors and quality vinyl flooring on top. 4 inch LED pot lights throughout the entire basement. We also added a small workout room. In the bedroom we did a custom 3 sliding door closet. For the kitchen we ordered it form Home Depot, assembled it on spot and installed it. We added an island for the customers convenience. Quartz countertops and under cabinet lighting was added. To finish it off we added a 55 inch electric fireplace. The clients where ecstatic with our workmanship and the fact we could get all of that done within their time frame. Added are some pictures.
