Small Newmarket Basement Remodel

This small Newmarket basement remodel was a bit smaller then our usual projects. We got this client by referral from a happy client across the street from this basement. They where so pleased with our work that they asked for us to do their basement as well. Their current basement at that time was very outdated. We demolished that basement right to the foundation walls. We also swapped 2 of the old windows for new ones. We reinsulated the basement walls with R20 insulation then framed the basement to the clients design. The basement included insulated Dricore subfloors with luxury Vinyl flooring. We used premium Benjamin Moore Paint on the ceilings and walls. We kept the old gas fireplace that they had and did a tile design around it. We also redesigned the laundry room. Tiled the entire back wall of the laundry room and added a new laundry tub. Finally we did custom oak stairs and spindles with an oak railing. As always the clients where left very happy and pleased with the quality of work and overall product. Another Newmarket basement remodel wrapped up successfully .
