We have just finished our basement with Yorkland Homes and we are very happy with the result. The whole team was very professional, helpful, and efficient. Sergei managed the project from the start, when we met to discuss the layout and what we want to do, provided a quote, and oversaw every step of the process until the final day when he came for the final retouches and clean up. He was always available and quick to answer our questions, walked us through the whole process and addressed our input and ideas to give us the basement we wanted. Sergei and his team worked around the masonry to accommodate our last-minute design change and still completed the project within the timeline and budget.
