When the client called us for an estimation, She had already purchased the finishing material (bathtub, faucets, tiles, vanity, etc.) and had been waiting for 4 months for her previous contractor to come and start the job. He kept delaying her and pushing the start date further and further until she got fed up and googled bathroom contractors near her. she found our company and we came the next day for an estimation. After she accepted our offer we proceeded to start the project 1 week later as she really wanted to start the project, since she was waiting for over 4 months.

Demo & Preparation

The existing bathroom was outdated and in need of a major overhaul. The old bathtub, tiles, and flooring were removed to make way for a fresh new design. With a clear plan in place, we prepared the space for a complete transformation, ensuring that every detail was executed with precision.

Modern Shower Installation

One of the standout features of this bathroom renovation was the addition of a brand new standing shower. We installed a comfortable bench within the shower, providing a spa-like experience for the homeowner. A built-in shower niche was also added to hold shampoos and other essentials, keeping the space organized and clutter-free. To complete the look, a custom glass door was installed, adding elegance to the design.

Upgraded Flooring & Heated Comfort

We upgraded the flooring with high-quality 24×24 tiles from Tile Master in Aurora, creating a sleek and durable surface that enhances the overall aesthetic. To ensure maximum comfort, we also installed heated flooring, providing warmth and luxury, especially during the cold Canadian winters.

Freestanding Bathtub & Stylish Vanity

The renovation also included the addition of a freestanding bathtub, giving the space a sophisticated and modern touch. Alongside the bathtub, we installed a brand-new vanity with quartz countertops. A linen tower was added for extra storage, making the space even more practical. To complete the project, a large LED mirror was mounted above the vanity.
