This basement in Concord, Ontario was 700 sq ft and was finished in 6 weeks. The client wanted to make an open living space where her son can move into. We also roughed in a kitchen for her that is hidden behind the wall for future purposes. We added a 3 piece bathroom for her with a large custom shower. We added vinyl flooring and oak stained stairs. The client is very pleased with the job and her son is now enjoying his own private living space.
