Small Concord Basement Reno

This basement that was under 600 sq ft was finished in 4 weeks. The homeowners wanted an open concept basement where their kids can play and enjoy the space. We also roughed in plumbing, venting and electrical for a future kitchen. The homeowners Wanted a custom shower the the 3 piece washroom with a linear drain. We also ran an electrical line for a hot tub to the backyard for them. We also painted the entire upstairs for them.
